His expert coordination across stakeholders and visionary initiative in launching the inaugural INDOPACOM Regional Sustainment Framework Summit have fostered unprecedented collaboration and identified innovative opportunities to strengthen national security through improved readiness and shared sustain- ment efforts. Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternative Program Team, Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment The Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternative (ACWA) Program is recognized for its exemplary performance in fulfilling the nation’s treaty obligations by safely eliminating the remaining U.S. chemical weapons stockpile while demonstrating unwavering commitment to safety, environmental protection, and international cooperation. Through their dedication, innovation, and efficiency, the ACWA team not only achieved a pivotal moment in global disarmament but also returned $120 million of FY 2025 funds to the department to address higher priority efforts.
