Das flüssige Glas wird in Tropfen portioniert und während des Erkaltungsprozesses in Form ge- bracht – zu Stielen gepresst, als Kelch geblasen, zusammengesetzt, per Laser geschnitten und ver- schmolzen. The liquid glass is portioned into drops and shaped during the cooling process – pressed into stems, blown into goblets, laser-cut and melted together.
Traditionelle wie innovative Techniken, z. B. die Mundrandbearbeitung durch Laser oder das Polieren von Stielen und Bodenplatten, komplettie- ren die Leistungen der automatischen Produktion. Traditional as well as innovative methods such as rim processing using a laser, or polishing the stems and baseplates, round out the automatic production process.
Exclusivformen entwickelt und fertigt RITZENHOFF bereits ab einer Auflage von 30.000 Gläsern.
RITZENHOFF develops and manufactures custom- ized glasses in quantities of 30,000 pieces.
