HILADELPHIA, PA — RAL Development Services (RAL) , a pre- mier real estate development firm based in New York City, announced the launch of Broadridge, a transformative 14-story mixed-use project located at 1300 Fairmount Ave. in Philadelphia. Broadridge will include 305,000 s/f of residential space distributed among 478 rental units that range from studio apartments to one- bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The units start on the fourth floor, providing them with unobstructed views, includ- ing views of Center City Philadelphia and the Dela- ware River for a significant number of them. The project will also include a 292-space parking garage and 60,000 s/f of retail space, some of which has already been leased by international grocery store ALDI and Chesterbrook Academy.
