Go Navy, Beat Army! Why do I want to serve on the Board of Governors: I enjoyed my first two tours on BOG, and I offer my time to continue service and engaging in club activities and decisions. I live less than 3 miles from Arlington, but frequent Fairfax for golf and events. I love the Club. I have served on 4 different committees; it takes time to learn the nuances, interactions, and seams, which will be important corporate knowledge with significant capital planning decisions ahead of us. This volunteer service has enabled me to get more connected within the club, as I came on the Board in year 2 after I joined.
