This background has prepared me to serve with a steady hand under times of stress, make thoughtful decisions, and maintain a clear focus on the long-term strength and sustainability of our Club. • Legislative Liaison & Advocacy Experience In my current role as a legislative liaison representing the Air National Guard to Congress and senior Department of Defense officials, I’ve gained deep experience in negotiation, advocacy, and strategic communication. These skills translate directly into board service, where empathic listening, building consensus, and making informed decisions are essential. • Commitment to Military Values & Club Heritage My career in military service has instilled a lifelong appreciation for the values of duty, honor, and service—values that ANCC was built upon. I am committed to preserving the traditions that set our club apart, while ensuring its continued relevance in a dynamic world. • Active Golfer & Program Participant As a competitive tournament golfer and engaged club member, I bring an informed perspective on facilities, programming, and member engagement. I understand what it means to care deeply about the quality of our courses and events. I will advocate for standards that reflect the athletic excellence our members expect and deserve. • Collaborative Approach & Communication Strength Throughout my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where success depends on mutual respect, clear communication, and effective teamwork. I will bring that same collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to the Board—ensuring all voices are heard and all members feel represented. Why do I want to serve on the Board of Governors: It would be a profound honor to serve on the Board of Governors at Army Navy Country Club. As a proud member and military officer, I hold deep respect for the club’s storied legacy and its dual mission of honoring service while fostering a vibrant, welcoming community. ANCC stands as a symbol of patriotism, tradition, and unity— bringing together military and civilian families in a shared spirit of excellence and camaraderie.
