At Downtown Decorations Inc., we strive to provide the highest quality of service and product. We like to call ourselves a design house with the capabilities to design, craft, fabricate, and install décor. We are a one-stop shop for all things commercial decorations and want to provide our clients with the full “5-star hotel, hang out in the spa and get room service” kind of experience. Now at Downtown Decorations, if you can’t already tell, we’re cuckoo for Christmas, but some are surprised to learn that our capabilities stretch beyond the holiday season to year-round projects. If you are looking for décor for spring, summer, or fall, or even to be the best-decorated city on National Tortilla Chip Day, don’t hesitate to call on us. We also are one of the leading producers of light pole banners, and like all aspects of our company, we provide customization on every level. If you can draw it, photograph it, or write it, we can print it. We work with cities, shopping centers, casinos, colleges, parks, and commercial centers, covering the United States, as well as dipping our toes into international waters. We offer a complete line of stock décor products for our customers to directly choose from, and while we love these bread and butter projects, our designers really revel in getting crazy in the kitchen. TEXAS PROJECTS
For the opening of the downtown Dallas opera house we partnered with a local events company to create this holiday spectacular. We provided a 30-foot tree as a centerpiece floating over the reflecting pool. Over six miles of lights wrapped the existing trees throughout the property. WINSPEAR OPERA HOUSE
UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS To decorate the student union for the holidays, the university was looking to add something unique that fostered both the holiday and school spirit. To accomplish this, our design team imagined, designed, and built not one but two custom swirl trees for the interior and exterior of the building. Go Eagles!
The city was looking for a decor program with a goal to enhance holiday tourism. Our first goal was to douse the park in lights. To achieve this we placed 2,000 sets of LED lights on 40 trees throughout the city’s market square. In addition to the trees, we outlined the roofs of the main street buildings in lights, added pole decorations and of course a giant Christmas tree. Overall, we produced more than 24,000 ft. of lights for the city. The city is now ranked as one of the top destinations to see holiday lights.

LED LIGHT SPECIFICATIONS The first IP67-certified professional light chain system on the market, meaning the lights will run competely submereged under water for up to 30 minutes. Sealed bulbs, premium wire and screw down connectors with gaskets are all features that protect against GFCI trips. These light sets are warranted for up to 10,000 hours without a noticeable loss of lumens. This is in comparisson to the standard LED light sets will encounter a fade after 2 seasons (2,000 -3,000 hours).
