What I did: I assisted customers with account activity, debit and credit card problems and concerns, check ordering, vault balancing and ordering, and NOC calls. I also assisted with online banking and direct deposit problems and questions. What I liked: I liked being within the Forward family community where the community knows our motto to make the best better, and to be able to give back to the community we live in. I also enjoyed helping customers with account problems and questions. Future Dream Job: My dream job would be to become a financial advisor either for a smaller finance institution or at Forward Bank.
