What I did: At Biolife Plasma Services I am a center supervisor. I am responsible for scheduling employees, managing the donor flow within the center, phlebotomy, donor screening, plasma processing, performing phone screenings for hiring, and running an efficient center. What I liked: I liked working at Biolife Plasma Services and have been working there for over four years. I enjoy the fast-paced nature of the job, the challenges that we are facing daily due to low staffing, the variety of responsibilities, the technique of phlebotomy, and the management opportunities. Future Dream Job: My dream job is the be the head of operational excellence for Biolife Plasma Services. Essentially what the job entails is solving problems that all the Biolife centers face nationwide.
