Applicants should have a university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field with 2 - 5 years of experience in various clerical roles. Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft based applications are assets. Applicants must as well have excellent people skills and communication skills. Bilingualism will also be an advantage for this role.

ENTREPRENEURS RECHERCHÉS POUR RÉNOVATIONS ONTARIO Les Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell (CUPR) sont à la recherche d’entrepreneurs licenciés, dynamiques, qui voudraient faire partie d’une liste qui serait remise aux résidents de Prescott et Russell qui ont fait une demande pour des réparations urgentes ou d’accessibilité avec le Programme d’investissement dans le logement abordable de l’Ontario (PILAO). Une partie des fonds provenant du programme PILAO a été réservée pour le volet Rénovations Ontario et sera gérée par les CUPR. Ce programme permet aux ménages à revenu faible ou modéré, de toutes les régions de Prescott et Russell, d’être admissibles à un prêt-subvention pour faire ces rénovations. (Projets estimés à un maximum de 15 000 $) Pour faire partie de cette liste, les entrepreneurs intéressés doivent être prêts à soumissionner sur diverses sortes de projets de rénovation dans Prescott et Russell. Nous recherchons des entrepreneurs généraux ainsi que des entreprises plus spécialisées. Tous les entrepreneurs certifiés sont bienvenus. Pour être sur notre liste il est nécessaire d’assister à la session d’information obligatoire, le mercredi 2 mars 2016. Nous considérons un entrepreneur certifié quelqu’un qui peut fournir une assurance commerciale adéquate, de la protection provenant de la CSPAAT et des numéros de la TVH et de la licence d’entrepreneur municipale valides. CONTRACTORS NEEDED FOR ONTARIO RENOVATES
The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) are looking for dynamic, licensed contractors who would like to be part of a list that would be provided to residents of Prescott and Russell who have applied for emergency or accessibility repairs through our Investment in Affordable Housing of Ontario (IAH) program. A portion of the funds received by the IAH program has been reserved for the Ontario Renovates Component and will be administered by the UCPR. This program allows low or moderate income households, in all regions of Prescott and Russell to be eligible for a forgivable loan to do these renovations. (Projects estimated at a maximum of $15,000) To be part of this list, interested contractors must be ready to bid on various kinds of renovation projects in Prescott and Russell. We are looking for general contractors as well as more specialized companies. All certified contractors are welcome to be on our list. To be on our list you are required to attend a mandatory information session on Wednesday March 2, 2016. We consider a certified contractor to be someone with proper commercial insurance, WSIB coverage, and valid HST and Municipal Trades License numbers. All these documents must be submitted to Isabelle Péladeau.
