The Nottingham based company, established in 1953, with a management buyout in 2010, designs and manufactures Laboratory, Forensic and Pathology equipment. Fields of supply includeNHSHospitals, Legal Forensic Centres, Funeral Directors, University Departments of Anatomy, Research Centres, Laboratories and Crematoriums. During, and following the management buyout, various resources were put in place to prepare the company for future growth and development, focussing on international export opportunities.

This included a new organisation structure, appointment of additional staff and significant investment into both the office and factory facilities.
