Is the celebrated Founder and CEO of the nternational Fashion Exchange - Kansas City, and is the creator and publisher of the international fashion magazine, AJ Magazine. A natural entrepreneur and community leader, Jay’s extensive portfolio includes her travel & tourism company, Travel I Diaz USA; which promotes tourism in Pakistan, as well as her facilitation of an investment forum which handles investment opportunities and events attended by dignitaries and Rotary Club members, on a global scale. Jay has also been instrumental in women’s empowerment projects for both Pakistan and Kansas City, that focus on the provision of education & literacy programs, and she was the Commissioner for Pakistan in the Kansas City Mayor’s Ethnic Enrichment Commission. Unfortunately, Jay crossed paths with misfortune and lost her eldest son, Zain, at a young age to Cardiac Arrest. The heartbreak Jay experienced and her love for Zain fueled her efforts to launch the NGO, ‘Zain for Hearts’, so that her son’s memory could live on in the Kansas City community that he loved and was a vital member of. Zain’s love for sports, combined with Jay’s passion for empowering women and the youth ensures that ‘Zain for Hearts’ creates projects that not only highlight girls and women in sports on a global scale; but also provides the resources necessary to financially stimulate communities and to contribute to the furthering of youth’s education. The ‘Zain for Hearts’ Foundation is currently working on three major projects to help support people in both Kansas City and Pakistan which include the ZFH Girls Soccer/Football Pre-Tournament that strives towards uplifting young girls in impoverished communities through sports and education, while contributing to the socio-economic growth of the community. Their Food Giveaway Drive Through is a heartwarming initiative that encourages the Kansas City and communities of Pakistan to see beyond themselves and into the lives of the homeless; encouraging people to always think about and help those who are in need. The ‘Zain for Hearts’ Foundation takes health care very seriously, and is the core of what the foundation stands for, and therefore strongly highlights the importance of people all over the world being able to have access to high quality health care. The MedOrtel project currently in progress, seeks to bring medical professionals from all over the world together to not only consult on the latest medical advancements; but to provide their professional services to those who are vulnerable and in need.
