Working out is important for every individual, it improves your muscle strength and boosts your endurance. Working out also helps your tissues and cardiovascular system by providing them oxygen and nutrition and they also work efficiently. Workout can be an advantage or disadvantage to your body. If you over workout it will damage your body. It is better to time your workout. While doing exercise, they create microscopic tears in your muscle tissue. But during recovery, cells called fibroblasts repair those microscopic tears. This process helps the tissue to heal and grow, which results in making the muscles stronger. You need to give time to your body to recover by giving them a rest day. Resting is very necessary after doing exercise especially heavyweight exercises because muscles and tissues need more time to repair and rebuild. In general, muscle takes 24 to 48 hours to repair and rebuild. You need to always remember that exercise depletes your muscles' glycogen levels. And if these stores aren’t replaced, then you will experience muscle fatigue and soreness. Rest is also essential for you to remain safe. Moreover, if you over workout then you will be out of your form which means you are likely to drop weight. If you push your body too hard and too often without a break, you’re likely to end up with injuries and pain. Juliet Kaska, a celebrity trainer affiliated with Vionic Innovation Lab, pointed to a 2017 study that found overtraining may cause a decrease in bone density. The researchers wrote, Very intense training without adequate recovery period may lead to increased inflammation and subsequent bone restoration (loss). When an individual has a loss in bone density, they are more inclined to have bone fractures. As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight, maintain weight loss, or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.
