“Trust and access is where the role of the West Marin Community Response Team becomes clearest. Start by asking two questions, one, where do families naturally move and engage in the community right now? And two, where and in whom have families already established trust? In West Marin, our partners are messaging and hosting vaccination clinics at schools, the food banks, community service organizations, churches, libraries, and health clinics. By coordinating clinics and messaging in trusted settings, vaccine rates are above 90% overall and 98% among Latinx residents in West Marin.” ~ Public Health Officer, Doctor Matt Willis’ address at the White House in the Fall of 2022
