ORGANIZATION

The newly combined department will focus on individual and corporate members by delivering consistent value. The team is committed to improving the BICSI experience for everyone who participates in the membership programs, training, and volunteer groups. On 1 May 2023, BICSI combined the Membership and Customer Experience areas. Dr. Reinaldo Llano Jr. will lead the new team as Director of Membership, Volunteer Services, and Customer Experience. The rest of the Membership and Customer Experience Team consists of Kevin Minot, Manager of Membership & Volunteer Services; Natalya Leal, Membership Coordinator; Jennifer Aguilera, Membership Coordinator; and Lourdes del Rio, Customer Experience Coordinator.
