Comments from Karissa We are excited to expand our Friends Club team and introduce you to Chelsea Marsengill (pictured left), one of our Friends Club Coordinators. Chelsea joins Meg Sinnott, Barb Colehour, and me to form a team that is honored to serve you. Chelsea has been with Hills Bank for nine years in our Commercial department and transferred to Friends Club in April. She currently resides in Riverside with her husband and two children. Originally from the Kalona area, she attended Mid-Prairie High School and Kirkwood Community College. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and boating, coloring, and listening to music of all genres. Friends Club Main Number As I mentioned in the last newsletter, you may have noticed some new voices when you call in to register for an event or trip. These recently added Friends Club representatives are located throughout the Hills Bank locations and are here to help answer your calls so you likely won’t have to leave a message. These personal bankers are well-versed in our events and trips and will make sure to work with you on getting your requests fulfilled and questions answered. You will notice some of the events and trips in this newsletter have individual numbers and email addresses, but you can always call the Friends Club main number at 319-679-2103 to ensure you talk with someone live. You may also send an email to FriendsClub@HillsBank.com. We Hope You Find Interest We have a diverse selection of events and day trips this quarter and hope you find interest in one or more of them.
