system in Term 1 and School and Flower’s coming on board in Term 2. “A lot of what we’re doing in the revamp of the boarding programme is nuts and bolts – refining things and improving them for everyone,” says Darrell. “The main objective is that we want to create a positive environment in the boarding Houses with the seniors leading and supporting the juniors. They’re subtle changes and processes to encourage our boarders to grow into fine young men. “What we want is to have a big brother/little brother relationship where the senior boys act as mentors to the juniors. We want our boarders to be well supported in an open environment where they make friends for life.”
