new transaction for Hudson Equities at 300 Tice Blvd. in Woodcliff Lake with Volk- swagen Group of America, Inc. The automobile manufac- turer signed a lease renewal for 12,000 s/f at the class A, 230,000 s/f office building. The building owner was represented by Frank Re- cine , executive managing director; Blake Goodman , executive vice president; and Derek DeMartino , senior vice president, all with JLL.

plans to make major capital improvements to the office building,” said Recine. “The owner intends to ensure 300 Tice Blvd.’s position as the premier class A office build- ing in the Northern Bergen County submarket.” Volkswagen inked a five- year lease renewal and will continue to occupy the 2nd floor at 300 Tice Blvd., which is located at the intersection of Tice Blvd. and Chestnut Ridge Rd. in Woodcliff Lake.  Alfred Sanzari Enterprises holds ribbon-cutting for hotel in Teaneck TEANECK, NJ — The new, dual-branded Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites at Teaneck opened its doors featuring 15 sto- ries and 350-upscale guest rooms. The dual-branded hotel is the first of its kind in northern New Jersey featuring exciting amenities geared towards the needs of the modern traveler. Devel- oped and owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and managed by White Lodg- ing . Executives from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, White Lodging, M&T Bank and local Township of Teaneck officials including Mayor Hameeduddin celebrated the milestone with a ribbon cutting ceremony. “As we analyzed the demo- graphics and hotel offerings in the northern New Jersey marketplace, particularly within Bergen County, we recognized that a perfect opportunity existed for the construction of a hotel like this,” said Ryan Sanzari , COO of Alfred Sanzari En- terprises. “We would like to thank the Township of Te- aneck for their help in bring- ing this project to life as well as our construction team for creating a truly unique hotel that will provide an exciting hospitality option for every visitor to the area.” 
