The asset sold for $2.5 million. NAI Hanson’s Levering &DePaolera help medical office secure new home in Newark NEWARK, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson has repre- sented Ampersand Health in securing a location to provide full primary medical services at the newly constructed Spring- field Ave. Marketplace, located at 204-234 Springfield Avenue in Newark. NAI James E. Han- son’s W. Joshua Levering, SIOR , and Nicholas DePaol- era represented Ampersand Health in the transaction. The landlord, Tucker Develop- ment , was represented inter- nally by Jake Frantzman of Ripco Real Estate . In a seperate transaction, NAI James E. Hanson and Commercial Realty Group (CRG) have announced a re- cent lease completion for 6,905 s/f of office space with Stra- tegic Micro Systems at 111 Littleton Rd. in Parsippany. Levering and DePaolera, rep- resented the landlord, CRG 119, LLC, in the transaction. Currently under renovation, 111 Littleton Rd. is a 36,289 s/f three-story office building at the intersection of I-80 and I-287 in Parsippany. The lease with Strategic Micro Systems together with CRG’s 8,000 s/f lease for their corporate head- quarters brings 111 Littleton Rd. to over 40% leased ahead of a scheduled Q3 2018 renova- tion completion. Designed by Paul New- man of Kimmerle Newman with renovations managed by Michael Walsh , president of CRG affiliate, Corporate Contacting, Inc. , the renova- tion project at 111 Littleton is focused on providing Morris County’s small businesses with modern class A space and functionality.
