Greysteel’s Mid-Atlantic multifamily investment sales team led by Ari Firoozabadi , W. Kyle Tangney , Rawles M. Wilcox , Alicia Orkisz , and Herbert Schwat served as advisor and agent to 7436 Georgia Partners LLC in the successful disposition of The Sheperd to a private investor. The Sheperd, located at 7436 Georgia Ave., NW, is a three-story community com- prised of one studio, 11 one- bedrooms, and three two- bedroom units. Conveniently positioned along Georgia Av- enue and just steps from four main bus lines, the property is close to major employers, schools, and retail in Down- town DC and Downtown Silver Spring.
