Trammell Crow Company delivered Market Square, a 700,000 s/f trophy mixed-use property located at 701 and 801 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, in 1991. The complex consists of twin 13-story buildings with ground floor retail, eight floors of office, and four floors of residential condos that curve majestically inward to frame the U.S. Navy Memorial. Market Square has had a transformational impact on its surrounding community for more than two decades.
