ORT LEE, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson , a New Jersey-based full- service independent com- mercial real estate firm, an- nounced it has brokered the lease of 18,686 s/f of class A office space located at the Southpole building at 222 Bridge Plaza South in Fort Lee. Bridge Marketing, a growing email marketing company, will now occupy the entire third floor of the build- ing. NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horn- ing represented the landlord in the transaction.

“Bridge Marketing is expe- riencing strong growth and needed to expand from a few thousand feet to a much larger space,” said Lizzack. “It was important to Bridge that they remained in the Fort Lee mar- ket in order to benefit from the unparalleled access to New York City where many of their clients are located, and they also needed the space in a timely manner. The Southpole building was able to offer the prime location and access that Bridge desired as well as an extremely competitive rental rate. We were able to struc- ture a cost for the rent and the buildout and deliver the space in a timeframe that both par- ties were happy with.” 222 Bridge Plaza South offers direct access to I-95, I-87, Routes 4 and 46, The New Jersey Turnpike and the Palisades Interstate Parkway. The building is situated at the foot of the George Washing- ton Bridge, offering excellent signage exposure. There are also numerous amenities and restaurants within walking distance of the building. “Fort Lee is experiencing a growth spurt with numerous projects under development,” Said Horning. “The South- pole building sits directly in the center of many of these new developments and is positioned to be one of the leading buildings in a newly reenergized area.” n TD Bank’s Comm’l Closes More than 300 Transactions CHERRY HILL, NJ — TD Bank announced that its Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Group closed more than 300 transactions totaling $5.1 billion in commitments in 2015, highlighting the contin- ued demand for TD’s range of real estate financing products and the continued strength of the commercial real estate sector. “Steadily improving eco- nomic conditions have sup- ported continued demand for commercial real estate financing, particularly in the housing sector,” said Gregg Gerken , SVP, TD Bank Group, and Head of U.S. Com- mercial Real Estate Lending at TD Bank. n
