Shionogi Inc. renewed its 57,772 s/f lease. Wells Fargo Advisors , a financial services company, renewed 30,470 s/f. Park Avenue consists of six class A, Energy Star, and LEED Silver-certified office buildings containing 1.16 million rentable s/f. The property, located at 100-600 Campus Dr. near the Colum- bia Turnpike exit off Route 24, is 25 minutes from New- ark Liberty International Airport, and 35 miles from New York City. “We believe Park Avenue’s market-leading amenities and desirable locationmake it extremely attractive to world- class companies like Shionogi Inc. and Wells Fargo Advi- sors,” said Shannon Hill , senior vice president at KBS. J.G. Petrucci Co. presents 2015 Broker and Lender of the Year award SOMERSET, NJ — J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., (“JGPCO”) presented their “Broker and Lender of the Year” Award for 2015 at the company’s 13th Annual Lead- ership Awards Gala, held at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset. Patrick Ryan , president & chief executive officer at First Bank was presented with the Lender of the Year Award. Ryan was instrumental in securing financing for numer- ous J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. projects in 2015.
