The tenant Stitch Fix was represented by KimMeincke Jacobsen and Paul Torosian of the Jones Lang LaSalle Lehigh Valley and greater Philadelphia of- fices. The company plans to use the facility as a distribu- tion center as its business looks to expand its user base along the East Coast.
