Although it is important that you begin establishing your recruiting network before you come to Initial Training, we will cover much of what you will be looking for in an employee and the interview process during training week. Do not conduct any interviews until after you return from training. 1.26 Watch the Molly Maid Cleaning Training DVD Review the cleaning training DVD several times to familiarize yourself with the cleaning system. This will familiarize you with our cleaning procedures, safety focus, and emphasis on the cleaning system.
