 General: business plan, operating statement, safety, equipment, cleaning supplies, scheduling, cleaning techniques.  Customer relations: quality checks, surveys, customer notes, customer contact, complaints, cancellations.

ADMINISTRATION

 Office: lease, telephones, answering machine, hours.

 Vehicles: lease terms, maintenance schedule, maintenance records.

 Regulatory compliance: MSDS, posters, licenses, personnel files, taxes, record retention, OSHA, ADA.  Insurance: car, G/L, bonding, workers’ compensation.  Other: Lead Management System, Customer Care, accounting, key control, forms. 4.3 MOLLY MAID Franchise Owner Support The MOLLY MAID franchise owner support system is designed to provide planning, organization, guidance, and assessment for our franchise owners. Direct guidance is provided as we assist owners in taking their businesses to the next level so they may enjoy their part of the American Dream. Since you have become a MOLLY MAID franchise owner, you have been working with the Right Start team. During training week, you will meet your regional service manager (RSM), and they will begin working with you immediately taking over the support role in assisting you with your business launch. Your RSM, who is expertly skilled with startup businesses will work with you in establishing your business, developing the vitally important employee systems, and provide assistance and analysis during the first year as you build your young business.
