The time spent at an OTC will help provide you with perspective on daily operations and the strategies employed in overcoming common challenges. Operational experience will help shorten the learning curve, assist you in getting your businesses off to a smoother start and will help you build your business and maximize the bottom line. This opportunity for new MOLLY MAID franchise owners to learn from well- established, successful franchise partners is an invaluable aspect of the business launch process. The role of the Owner Training Center is to be the real life example of how the MOLLY MAID system works. Until this point in the learning process, most of the learning has been theoretical.
