She will even guide you in what to eat to get the results you want! Plus she is available to you just about any time if you have questions. All you do is message her through our App. Normally you would pay around $500 a month for a Personal Training Program. But you get all this for just $29.95 a month! And you can cancel anytime!! What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Why do you enjoy this? Who do you do it with? I am obsessed with doing CrossFit with my family over at CrossFit Mandeville. I love it because it is a means for me to stay fit, while having a competitive outlet, and being part of a supportive community. Some of my other hobbies include animal advocacy, reading, and traveling. What are your “Words of Wisdom”? Life is too short to be unhappy! What do you like most about being a PT? I love being able to help people achieve their goals, whether it is to take a few steps, rehabilitate after a surgery, return to playing sports, or just to become more active.
