WoW: Week over week activity across the Puget Sound region remained relatively steady, with inventory continuing to build while buyer demand held firm in many markets. Seattle and several surrounding counties saw stronger pending activity despite a slowdown in the pace of new listings following the prior week’s surge, suggesting buyers are still actively engaging with available inventory. Some higher price point and lifestyle markets experienced softer contract activity, while areas like Snohomish, Kitsap, and parts of the North Sound continued to show encouraging momentum.
