A discussion with Project One’s Director of People, Mahmood Ghaznavi, to understand the role, remuneration model and working practices at Project One. An informal call with our CEO, Terry Holland, to give you an overview of Project One, our history, strategy, financial performance and plans. A formal first interview with Paul Clark (Director of Operational Improvement) and Tim Newman (Director of Market Development). You will be asked to present a case study which demonstrates your sales ability and customer account management and delivery skills. An opportunity for you to speak with one of our Account Directors to get an understanding of how the role works on a day-to-day basis. A final interview with Terry Holland, Mahmood Ghaznavi and James O’Sullivan (Director of Consulting Services). This will focus on your understanding of the role and mutual fit with Project One.

Overview At Project One, we are change experts. We are one of the fastest growing global change management consultancies in the UK and have great ambitions. We are independent and empower our people to lead our business. The role of Consulting Director is critical to our profitable growth, combining the successful delivery of sales and revenue targets with account management and delivery responsibilities across new and existing customers. This is a senior role within our Leadership Team, and with that comes fantastic opportunity. The role requires full location flexibility, the ability to travel without restriction and a full UK driving licence.
Identifying and pursuing potential customers through personal contacts and networking Supporting consultants to utilise their own contacts to seek out new name business and build their external networks Managing existing customer accounts Developing a business development and “ownership” culture across the existing account teams by encouraging consultant- led sales Providing support to consultants working on existing customer accounts Achieving agreed chargeable leadership delivery on accounts Taking on a leadership accountability in support of the business (e.g. a market proposition lead)
Salary
£105,000 per annum
Bonus
Performance related 70% based on company revenue, paid quarterly 30% based on performance against individual revenue and performance targets, 120% maximum opportunity, paid quarterly On target annual bonus £90,000-100,000
