Our expanded mentoring and networking portfolio is all about engaging with registrants in new ways and supporting their career growth though meaningful conversations and connections. We offered casual networking events—both virtual and in person—to provide a place where engineering and geoscience professionals could meet their peers, share ideas, exchange knowledge, and build their networks. Our formal mentoring program continued, helping match registrants at different stages of their careers in mutually beneficial learning partnerships.
