WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: We make value-driven, risk-informed, and evidence-based decisions. OUR NEW CALGARY OFFICE

BETTER SPACE, BETTER SERVICE We welcomed registrants to our new Calgary office in October. The freshly renovated space supports APEGA’s southern Alberta members, including more than 30,000 engineering and geoscience professionals who live in the Calgary area. Previously located on Stephen Avenue, the office moved one block north to Bow Valley Square 2. The change came after two years of planning in preparation for the expiry of our previous lease. We are the only tenant on the floor, which was secured at a lower rate than our previous lease. With its modern design and smart technology, the new office is well-equipped to meet our staff and membership needs now and into the future. Highlights include:

“We’re pleased to provide an updated facility that will make it easier for our members and staff to fulfil their shared commitment to public safety.”

– Jay Nagendran, P.Eng., APEGA registrar and CEO

•a dedicated conference centre to accommodate professional development sessions and discipline hearings

•integrated audiovisual equipment, enabling us to host hybrid sessions that members can attend in person or virtually from their homes and workplaces across the province

•the use of tenant facilities, such as an outdoor terrace, for special member events
