Email Strategy Overview

When to Send Emails • Initial Launch: Announce the new service with an introductory email to all patients. • Follow-Up Reminders: Send another email 1-2 weeks after the launch to anyone who hasn’t opened or clicked on the first. • Monthly Feature: Include the single-visit service in a monthly newsletter or as a special reminder every few months. Why Send Emails? • Educate Patients: Explain the convenience and benefits of single-visit services (saves time, fewer appointments). • Increase Appointments: Highlight the ease and time savings to encourage bookings. • Differentiate Your Practice: Showcase the latest technology to attract new patients and retain existing ones. How to Send Emails • Personalize the Message: Use the patient’s name and relate the benefits to their busy lifestyle. • Highlight Key Benefits: Use a clear subject line like “Get More Done in Just One Visit!” and emphasize time savings and convenience. • Include a Call to Action: Make it easy to book an appointment with a “Schedule Now” button. • Test Timing: Try sending on different days and times to find when patients are most responsive.

This email strategy will help patients understand the value of your single-visit services, making them more likely to book an appointment.

Enhance your website with additional FAQs that highlight the advanced technology available in your practice. Patients today are increasingly curious about modern dentistry, and showcasing your tech investment helps: - Demonstrate that your practice is modern and up to date - Differentiate you from other dental providers - Educate patients—leading to greater con ϐ idence and higher treatment acceptance How [Practice Name] is Going High-Tech for Our Patients Technology is changing the way we live every day, making tasks faster, easier, and more precise—and now it’s doing the same for dentistry. You may have heard that our practice uses a digital work ϐ low, including an intraoral scanner, a chairside mill, and 3D printing technology. That may sound technical, but what really matters is how it changes your experience as a patient. In short, it allows us to treat you more comfortably, more ef ϐ iciently, and in fewer appointments. What Is a Chairside Mill? A chairside mill is a piece of advanced technology that allows us to fabricate crowns that are custom-made just for you, right here in our of ϐ ice. Traditionally, when a tooth needed a crown, your dentist would prepare the tooth, make a mold of your teeth, place a temporary crown, and send the case to an outside dental lab. You would then return at a later date for a second appointment to have the ϐ inal crown placed. If the temporary came loose or broke in the meantime, that could mean an additional visit. With a chairside mill, we can design and fabricate your permanent crown while you are still in the of ϐ ice. After preparing the tooth, we take a digital scan, design your crown on the computer for a precise ϐ it, and then mill it from a solid block of high-quality ceramic. That means you get to walk out with a brand-new, permanent crown. There is no temporary crown, no waiting period, and no need to return for a second injection. For patients with busy schedules, this alone can make a signi ϐ icant difference. What Is an Intraoral Scanner? An intraoral scanner is a small handheld device that captures highly detailed 3D images of your teeth. If you’ve ever had a traditional dental impression, you probably remember the tray ϐ illed with thick material that sits in your mouth for several minutes. It can feel bulky, uncomfortable, and for some patients, it triggers the gag re ϐ lex. Digital scanning eliminates that experience. Instead of impression material, we gently scan your teeth with a small camera. The images appear instantly on a screen, allowing us to see your teeth in precise detail. The process is faster, cleaner, and signi icantly more comfortable.

16

Beyond comfort, digital scans are also more accurate. Greater accuracy means better- ϐ itting crowns and restorations, fewer adjustments, and fewer remakes. That means there’s less likelihood of you having to come back for us to ϐ ix a crown. What About 3D Printing? Now that we have a 3D printer in our of ϐ ice, we can create oral appliances like nightguards, retainers, aligners, and more right here in our practice. When you’re prescribed one of these products, you can often leave your appointment with it ready to use, without waiting for an outside dental lab to fabricate it. This means faster service for you, and if you ever need a replacement, we can quickly make another on-site, keeping the process convenient and ef ϐ icient. I Have an Emergency Broken Tooth — Where Should I Go? If you break a tooth or experience sudden damage, timing matters. In a traditional setting without a digital work ϐ low, the process typically involves placing a temporary crown and scheduling you to return once the lab has completed your case. That waiting period can be inconvenient, especially if you are in discomfort. Because we have a chairside mill at [INSERT PRACTICE NAME], we can often restore a broken tooth in a single visit. After evaluating and preparing the tooth, we scan, design, and fabricate your crown the same day. Instead of leaving with a temporary restoration, you leave with a permanent solution. When you’re dealing with an emergency, that ef ϐ iciency can make a stressful situation much easier. I Need a Crown — What’s the Difference in Process? If a dental of ϐ ice does not use digital technology, getting a crown usually requires at least two visits. The ϐ irst appointment involves preparing the tooth, making a mold of your teeth, and placing a temporary crown. You then wait one to three weeks for the laboratory to fabricate the ϐ inal crown before returning for placement. That second appointment often requires additional numbing, and occasionally adjustments if the ϐ it isn’t ideal. With our digital work ϐ low, the process is streamlined. After preparing the tooth, we take a digital scan instead of a traditional impression. Your crown is designed and milled in-of ϐ ice, and we place the ϐ inal restoration before you leave. There is no temporary crown and no second visit in most cases. The entire experience is faster and far more convenient.

17

How This Bene ϐ its You Having this technology is all about faster treatment and better quality. It means fewer appointments and less time away from work or family. It means no uncomfortable impression trays. It means fewer temporary restorations and fewer chances for something to come loose or break while you wait. It means highly precise, customized restorations designed speci ϐ ically for your smile. Most importantly, it means modern dental care that respects your time and prioritizes your comfort. If you ever have questions about how this technology works or how it can bene ϐ it your treatment, we’re always happy to walk you through it.
