SHOWINGS BEGIN Within 24–48 hours of each showing, we request feedback from the buyer’s agent. You’ll receive those updates via email. If we don’t hear back, we follow up directly. RECEIVE FEEDBACK Expect a Monday check-in call to review showings, feedback, and discuss any strategic adjustments if needed. WEEKLY UPDATES Depending on your home and market conditions, we may recommend hosting an open house to increase exposure and attract multiple buyers at once. OPEN HOUSE (OPTIONAL)
