U Barseloni imamo slične zgrade i ne sviđaju mi se. Na Novom Beogradu, u blokovima, nešto me je zauvek opčinilo. Od prvog momenta do danas se pred ovim zgradama osećam kao Don Kihot pred vetrenjačama. I ova fotka je sjajno prošla na Oktobarskom salonu . In Barcelona we have similar buildings and I don’t like them. In New Belgrade the blocks have always fascinated me. From the first moment to this day, in front of these buildings I feel like Don Quixote in front of the windmills. This photo also went down well at the October Salon. Geneks , ikona! Slikao sam ga iz svih mogućih i nemogućih uglova. Obišao sam ga uzduž i popreko, svaki sprat, svaki ćošak. Mnogo ga volim. Geneks je moj favorit. Ova fotografija je takođe uvršćena na izložbu Oktobarskog salona . Geneks, an icon! I shot it from all possible and impossible angles. I have toured the length and breadth of it, every floor, every corner. I really love it. Geneks is my favourite. This image was also included in the October Salon exhibition.
Ovo je moja veza sa Barselonom. Hram Svetog Save, kao moja Sagrada familija, predivno, nezavršeno… Ova fotografija bila je deo moje izložbe u Institutu Servantes . Pokušao sam okom kamere da ispričam poemu. Haime Hil de Bijedma: „Da li je bilo moguće da te ne poznam blizu sebe, izgubljen u pogledima? Oči su me bolele od čekanja. Prošla si.” (Prevod Branislava Prelevića) This is my link with Barcelona. The Temple of Saint Sava, like my Sagrada Familia, beautiful, unfinished... This photo was part of my exhibition at the Instituto Cervantes. I tried to use the eye of the camera to recount a poem. Jaime Gil de Biedma: “Is it possible that I do not know you near me, lost in views? My eyes ached from waiting. You passed.”
