The state winners for the 2025 Queensland Broker of the Year and Young Broker of the Year awards have been revealed by NIBA. The awards were presented at the 2025 NIBA Qld Gala Lunch on Wednesday, 23 July at The Star in Brisbane to a packed room of over 430 professionals. The CGU-partnered 2025 Qld Broker of the Year award was won by Kate Greaves from Goldsworthy General Insurance Services. The award celebrates those senior brokers who are elevating professional standards through their broking practice. The Vero-partnered 2025 Qld Young Broker of the Year award was awarded to Emily Radmall from Your Insurance Broker. The Young Broker of the Year award celebrates high standards of professionalism for brokers under 35 years of age. NIBA CEO Richard Klipin congratulated the winners and acknowledged the finalists: “I wish Kate and Emily all the best for the upcoming national awards in October and would like to congratulate all the finalists for their commitment and dedication towards the profession.”

We are truly proud to provide ongoing support to exceptional brokers like her." Kate and Emily will now go on to compete for the national Broker and Young Broker of the Year awards respectively.
