REAL ESTATE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES I AND II CERTIFICATION SERIES Real Estate agents assist individuals with buying, selling, and renting properties. With a Real Estate license, you become a valuable asset by making the process run smoothly and efficiently. You support clients through the listing and mortgage process, and by handling paperwork and guiding negotiations — and have the pleasure of assisting buyers and sellers through major life milestones. MD Real Estate Legal and Legislative Update This course meets the Maryland Real Estate Com- mission requirements for three hours of continuing education in category (A). Topics will include the most recent changes to Maryland law associated with the Real Estate industry and MREC updates to rules and regulations that affect licensees. Riggs VM 8 Real Estate Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures - Residential This course is approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission for Maryland Real Estate Continuing Ed- ucation credits. The course reviews in detail the form Understanding Whom Real Estate Agents Represent and the correct usage of the form.
