Personal Trainer I Personal Trainer I is a two-part series continuing education course designed for individuals pursuing a career as a personal trainer and prepares students for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Examination. Topics include utilization of phys- iological adaptations and responses to physical train- ing/exercise and application of testing procedures for individuals interested in applying the components of fitness to a successful training program. Textbook is included.

Fair Housing Review and Updates This two-hour course meets the Maryland Real Estate Commission requirements for Maryland fair housing training which is required every two years to renew a Maryland real estate license. Topics include federal law, Maryland law, and local jurisdiction law.
