DENTURES Dr. Mark McCatty & Alexander Alfaro Texarkana Denture & Implant Studio
T exarkana Denture & Implant Studio was founded by Dr. Mark McCatty, who has proudly served the Four States for more than a decade. After years in corporate denture and implant practice, Dr. McCatty opened his own facility in March 2025 at Summerhill Road and Moores Lane to give patients a more personal, comfortable experience and advanced services at competitive prices. The practice now accepts insurance, making quality care more accessible. The practice specializes in extractions, surgical procedures, custom dentures, partial dentures, and implant-supported solutions, with oral sedation available for comfort. The signature custom platinum denture is built around a personalized fitting process. Wax bite rims record each patient’s bite, guiding tooth placement and lip support for a denture tailored to fit, comfort, and appearance.
Behind that craftsmanship is lab manager Alexander Alfaro, a Certified Dental Technician recognized by the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology, whose 30- plus years of making dentures bring exceptional attention to detail to every case. The on-site lab means faster turnaround and cost savings. Privately owned and community-focused, Texarkana Denture & Implant Studio is committed to exceptional care, clear communication, and smiles that transform lives.
