F or nearly 80 years, one name has defined fine jewelry in Texarkana. For nearly 50 of those years, Diane Mulvany Cooper has been raising the standard. A Graduate Gemologist, Diane started in 1976 as a teenager, helping with class rings at the store her family reimagined from 1946’s Park’s Trophy Fine Jewelry. She didn’t simply inherit it; she elevated it, with expertise few jewelers in the region can match. At 2501 Kennedy Lane, Cooper Fine Jewelers offers engagement rings, fine & estate jewelry, and custom design, plus in-house repairs, appraisals, specialty engraving, and watch service from bench jeweler Paige Parker. In 2024, the Chamber of Commerce named Cooper Fine Jewelers Small Business of the Year. It is a business that sets the community’s pace rather than following it.
