A HEART -to-HEART TALK

Dear Members of The King’s Business Family: . In the October number we had an appeal with the same heading as above, which has met with a hearty response. We are making it again. The best interests of this land of ours, the best interests of the church, the best interests of our Lord, are at stake. You love your Bible! You love your country! You love your fellow-men! So do I. I am ready now to give every drop of blood in my veins for the cause of Christ and in defense of the Word of God, and thus prove my loyalty to my Lord and to my native land. I am feeling the pulse of the people through the arteries of magazines, periodicals, papers and letters from all over the land, and pray that I may awaken you to a serious contemplation of present conditions. If you can find any better avenue of service than that of extending the circulation of The King’s Business, then put your heart into the effort and may God richly bless you, and be assured of my prayers. But if you believe that God can use this magazine in furthering His, purpose by arousing others to respond to the urgent call for prayer and service in this crucial crisis—will you not use your utmost efforts to obtain the cooperation of God’s people by securing their sub scription to The King’s Business? ’ T. C. HORTON.
