Dalam mendukung pengembangan inovasi di masa depan, OJK memperkuat mekanisme regulatory sandbox, yang mencakup aspek (i) perluasan ruang lingkup; (ii) peningkatan transparansi dalam kriteria kelayakan; (iii) pedoman proses pengujian; (iv) batasan dan jangka waktu pengujian; dan (v) exit policy.
The significant number of regulatory sandbox applications over the past five years is indicative of the significant potential and interest in innovation among Indonesian innovators. To encourage the development of future innovations, OJK is strengthening the regulatory sandbox mechanism. These enhancements include: (i) broadening the scope; (ii) increasing the transparency of eligibility criteria; (iii) guidelines for the testing process; (iv) limits and duration of testing; and (v) exit policy.
