Si se logran puntos de contacto en estas, fácil será continuar con el mismo sistema por el camino de los contratos. Algo similar podría intentarse en materia de superación de las distancias relativas al tratamiento de los bienes. Estos no son civiles ni mercantiles, son realidades materiales o intangibles, fuente y resultado de la acumulación de talento y de capital. Through this text, the author, rather than continue delving into unjustified distinctions from all points of view, proposes the path of trying, through the much more agile route of doctrine and jurisprudence, than that of difficult legislation, overcome a good part of the differences, especially as it corresponds to the general theory of obligations. If points of contact are achieved in these, it will be easy to continue with the same system through contracts. Something similar could be attempted in terms of overcoming the distances related to the treatment of goods. These are not civil or mercantile, they are material or intangible realities, source and result of the accumulation of talent and capital.
