MORIC AJS: NEOČEKIVANI, ALI BOŽANSTVENI SPOJEVI UNEXPECTED BUT DIVINE BLENDS

Kada je u centru grada 2012. godine otvoren Moric ajs , slado- ledžinica minimalističkog dizajna, ali s maksimalnom ponudom najneverovatnijih ukusa sladoleda, Beograd se našao na mapi gradova s najboljom ponudom sladoleda u regionu. Fenomenalni dizajn je od samog početka pratila i priča o kvalitetu. Ljudi su se vrlo brzo uverili da proizvođači uvoze samo najbolje sastojke, a da voće kupuju isključivo od domaćih uzgajivača. Taj princip ni- kada ne zanemaruju, pa ni kada je potrebno nabaviti brašno od semena rogača. U svojim vitrinama drže razne ukuse – bundeva, cvekla, anis, jabuka, kruška, nar, kivi, ananas, lubenica, šljiva, baklava, vani- la s Madagaskara, lešnik, malina, kandirana pomorandža sa čo- koladom… Svakog meseca kreira se nov ukus, pa tako u Moric uskoro sti- že i sladoled od jagode s rukolom i balzamikom. Neočekivani, a bo- žanstveni spojevi omiljeni su gostima iz inostranstva. Rukola s ma- tičnjakom i balzamikom, pomorandža sa đumbirom, grejpfrutom i korijanderom… Spreman je i plan za malo hladnije dane jer sladoled u Moricu možete naći cele godine, pa će zima mirisati na cimet, rum, grožđi- ce i pečene jabuke. When “Moritz Eis” opened in the city centre in 2012, as an ice cream parlour with a minimalist design, but a maximum offer of the most amazing flavours of ice cream, Belgrade found itself on the map of the cities with the best ice cream offer in the region. An aweso- me design was followed from the very start with the story of quali- ty. People quickly convinced themselves that these ice cream makers import only the best ingredients, while buying fruit only from local growers. That is a principle they never neglect, even when it is nece- ssary to procure flour from carob seeds. Their display cases have various flavours – pumpkin, beetro- ot, aniseed, apple, pear, pomegranate, kiwi, pineapple, watermelon, plum, baklava, vanilla from Madagascar, hazelnut, raspberry, candied orange with chocolate etc. A new flavour is created every month, so arriving at “Moritz” soon will be strawberry ice cream with rocket and balsamic. Unexpe- cted and divine blends are popular among guests from abroad: roc- ket with lemon balm and balsamic, orange with ginger, grapefruit and coriander etc. A plan is also in place for slightly cooler days, because ice cream can be found at “Moritz” throughout the year, so in winter it will have the scents of cinnamon, rum, raisins and baked apples.
