Prvo da rešimo nedoumicu – zbog čega su poslastičarnicu proglasili crnom ovcom? – Nas četvorica prijatelja rešili smo da otvo- rimo poslastičarnicu, a nismo sladoledžije po profesiji. Godinama smo radili kao turistički vodiči, pa se u ovom poslu osećamo kao crne ovce – objašnjava Ivan Zirić. Ivan i njegovi drugari Zoran, Bojan i Vladi- mir prvo su godinama proučavali knjige, istraži- vali internet, obilazili poslastičarnice po svetu… – Cilj su nam bili jedinstveni ukusi, tako smo i osmislili susam kafu sa čokoladnim zrn- cima. Osim toga, tu je i maskarpone malina sa pečenim pistaćima. Na listi ukusa koji su osmislili nalazi se i maskarpone pistaći sa slatkim od kupina, ali i najpopularniji sladoled od oraha. – Ukus jeste klasičan, ali novina je u tome što se za pripremu ne koristi pasta, već sve- ži orasi.

Let’s first resolve a dilemma - why this patisserie was proclaimed the black sheep? - Four of us friends decided to open a cake shop, and we are not ice cream makers by profession. For years we worked as tour guides, so in this business we feel like black sheep – explains Ivan Zirić. Ivan and his friends Zoran, Bojan and Vladimir, first spent years studying books, exploring the Inter- net, visiting ice cream bars across Europe ... - Our goal was to create unique tastes, so we devi- sed sesame coffee with chocolate granules. That’s our unique creation. Apart from that, there is also rasp- berry mascarpone with roasted pistachios. We prepa- re it from Italian mascarpone cheese, fresh raspberry puree and roasted pistachios. On the list of tastes that they have conceived there is also mascarpone pistachio with blackberry conser- ve, but also the most popular ice cream from walnuts. - The taste is classic, but the novelty is that paste is not used for the preparation, but rather fresh nuts.
