ment serves as an amendment to London Life’s current lease at VEVA 16, and will expand its space in the building from 9,888 s/f to 12,974 s/f. The company has been a tenant at the VEVA complex for more than 20 years, and the terms of the amendment ensure it will remain there through at least 2022. Since acquiring the complex in 2013, Keystone has imple- mented a comprehensive capi- tal improvements campaign, implementing state-of-the-art amenities and upgrading the buildings’ technical infrastruc- tures to create a first-class office complex that reflects a contemporary lifestyle. Re- branded as “VEVA” in 2014, the complex features an onsite café, a first-class wellness cen- ter, and collaborative indoor and outdoor workspaces that drive innovation. “London Life has been a model tenant at the VEVA complex for well over a decade, and we are delighted they will remain there for the foresee- able future,” said Rich Got- tlieb , partner at Keystone. “This newly extended and expanded lease serves as a tes- tament to the first-class office environment at the complex, where companies and their employees can thrive both personally and professionally.” Just 45 minutes from Phila- delphia, the complex boasts a prime location at a highly visible traffic intersection that is easily accessible from Interstate 476 and the Penn- sylvania Turnpike.
