COMES INTO VIEW VISTA CAY Vista Cay has reached an exciting milestone. After years of planning and watching the building rise along the Caloosahatchee, progress is becoming visible in new ways—from the individual residences taking shape inside to the outdoor spaces emerging along the waterfront. thing particularly meaningful: the opportunity to be part of building a new neighborhood within a community she already loves. “One of the things I’ve always loved about Shell Point is the won- derful sense of community here,” Lorraine said. “Now we have the opportunity to create that same sense of connection at Vista Cay—to get to know our new neighbors, look out for one another and build a community together. I’m excited to see what Vista Cay becomes once we’re all there.”

Director of Sales Zach Gurick says another much-anticipated feature is already making an impression: the views from Vista Cay. “The views are spectacular,” Zach said. “From the river and surrounding islands to Shell Point itself, there is something remark- able to see in every direction.” With residences advancing, outdoor spaces emerging, move preparations beginning and future neighbors looking ahead to life at Vista Cay, the vision is coming into view.
