November 2017

Dear ZPT family and friends, Greetings and happy November, amonthknown for its blustery change to winter and grey skies, finding our sweaters, coats, hats and gloves, and watching as nature

Observing my staff as they grow, learn and serve, I see these characteristics in their words, attitude, compassion and even their tough conversations. My HOPE is that you would experience these core values here at ZPT, by being served, guided and encouragedwith truth, humility, optimismandhope, and that you have felt appreciated and valued, well-cared for and respected. P.S. “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise Hisname. For theLord isgoodandHis loveendures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations.” Psalm 100: 4-5 “I thank my God every time I remember you.” Phil. 1:3 ADDITIONS TO ZPT STAFF! braces for the upcoming winter. It is, of course a PERFECT time of the year to count our blessings, give thanks to God for the bountiful gifts, and to remember the folkswhohavepouredgoodnessand encouragement into our lives and our workplace this year! After reading through a thick file folder full of our testimonials and thank you notes from patients this year, my heart was full to overflowing. Iwould like to turn the tables to thankYOU, our past and present clients, for choosing to trust us with your story, your goals and your physical therapy needs. We have a special article and offer for YOU, this special group, in this month’s newsletter. Our November theme is GETTING TO THE CORE , that is,corestrengthening, core issues, corevalues, and an apple recipe (get it?). We would like to share our ZPT core values, as they evolved this year: ABOVE: Go above and beyond with excellent service A: Have an Attitude of gratitude B: Be honest and humble O: Offer Optimism and hope V: Value each person with care and respect E: Encourage one another; lead by Example

Patient Success SPOTLIGHT Totally amazing, the difference! "Prior to coming to PT I had severe pain in my buttocks and sometimes down my leg. After 4 weeks of PT I travelled to Minnesota by car and NO PAIN during the 12 hour drive. Totally amazing thedifferenceafterperforming the exercises given to me twice daily, and then coming in to ZPT twice weekly for PT! If I had not experienced it myself, I would have never believed the difference physical therapy makes. Thanks, Marissa and staff. I learned a lot from you and will continue with the exercises.” - Muriel V. Always respectful! "ZPTtherapistsarealwaysprofessional, respectful, accommodating, and encouraging". - Janet D.
