SERVING THE COMMUNITY FOR MORE THAN A QUARTER CENTURY In 1991, Gilles and Gaëtanne Aubin launched Casselman Tire in a modest location located at 30, Industrial Street in Casselman. At the time, the couple surely didn’t expect that a quarter century later, their small business would grow to come what it has become today. comfort. Casselman Tire is the leading tire storage house for Ottawa and the surrounding areas.
But tires are just the beginning at Casselman Tire. The business also has a full-service mechanic on site and offers front-end system repairs. Casselman Tire can also perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, shock inspections and wheel alignment. For owners Micheline and Serge Charette, security of drivers and their passengers is of the utmost importance. “Our goal is simple,” explained Micheline Charette, the mother figure of this family-owned business of which sons, Étienne and Stéphane, are also a part of.“Our main goal is to ensure our clients are comfortable and secure. This is our main focus… this is what drives us to provide the best service possible.” At CasselmanTire, comfort and security is a family business! As a matter of fact, the business has changed a lot in the last 25 years. Casselman Tire now offers a wide range of services to local customers as well as customers from large centres such as Ottawa and Montreal. Micheline and Serge Charette, who became the owners in 2000, propelled the business to new heights. In 2006, in order to offer a larger array of services to an ever-growing list of customers, the couple built a new 23,000 sq. ft. building at 49 Racine Street, located within a fewmeters of the former location. Since then, it is at this location that a team comprised of 10 employees serve their customers from Monday to Saturday. Casselman Tire sells only the highest quality products from reputable national brands. Whatever the vehicle — a car, a farm tractor, a backhoe or a transport truck — big or small, Casselman Tire has a tire for all. They also sell mag wheels that can be ordered to suit every customer's taste. Casselman Tire uses the most up- to-date technologies such as nitrogen and agrilime.
