CWU Summer 2021 Wildcat Guide

DISABILITY SERVICES Disability Services (DS) works to ensure access and inclusion for all students with disabilities. Our work is guided by the knowledge that variation in ability is a natural part of the human experience, and that disability is a difference not a defect. Access Specialists meet with students individually to identify barriers and determine appropriate accommodations. Accommodations are intended to level the playing field for students with disabilities by providing an equal opportunity for participation. DS provides reasonable academic, housing, and dining accommodations through an interactive process with the student. Disability Services serves over 950 students with disabilities. Additionally, DS also provides accommodations for students with temporary disabilities. For more information about registering with Disability Services, attend the DS session, stop by our Office in Hogue 126 or visit us online: cwu.edu/disability-support/
