The retail center is 292,000 s/f on 36 acres. Scheer Part- ners performed property management, construction management, and leasing functions at the property.

recently opened Bed, Bath & Beyond. DSW Shoe Ware- house is scheduled to open October 23, 2014. There are 50 tenants at the center, in- cluding four pad sites leased to BB&T Bank, Outback Steakhouse, Cheeseburger in Paradise, and DB McMillan restaurant. Located on Wildewood Blvd., the prime entrance- way into a PUD with over 3,000 homes, the center is one mile from the St. Mary’s County airport. The average household income exceeds $110,000, with 20 percent growth predicted by 2020. St. Mary’s County is the fastest- growing county in the State of Maryland. n MSC completes 3,200 s/f lease with Wahoo’s Taco’s PHILADELPHIA, PA — MSC announced the opening of a Wahoo’s Tacos and More in University City, Phila- delphia. Wahoo’s opened in November of 2014 at 3180 Chestnut St. This new ad- dition to University City is 3,200 s/f located close to Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania. Andrew Shpigel of MSC represented Wahoo’s Tacos in this transaction in a Dranoff Properties owned mixed-use building. “Wahoo’s first unit to the market will be a tremen- dous addition to the vibrant and booming University City retail and restaurant scene,” said Shpigel. “Wahoo’s is ide- ally situated near 32nd and Chestnut Streets nearby other casual eateries in University City in close proximity to two major universities with large student populations.” n
